I know from painful experience that the 'fudge' tends to favour a team that's defending over a team trying to come back, and I know I run into less fudging when I'm skipping (I play to the wings more often than most) than when I'm playing with someone who tends to draw around opponent's center guards.

Also, do you think preserving pebble is a factor in Glen Howard's team using one hair brush 4 rocks an end? They do this all the time in games I've watched them recently.Transplanted New Brunswickerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10803023567670455516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6149636405916307504.post-64067375067780924792012-12-17T22:49:01.652-08:002012-12-17T22:49:01.652-08:00Sorry to disappoint you Handyman! The reversing ice concept is different when coming from outside the center strip into the center area as opposed to coming off of the center area into the outside area. Relatively speaking, a rock later in the game drawing to the outside should not encounter any unusually conditions, and curlers who play these ice conditions know this concept well.Handymanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13291148809501968024noreply@blogger.com
